Rock | Refuge | Salvation
The Mens’ Summit is an opportunity to ascend in your calling to live for Christ. Through engaging worship, practical teaching, and great fun we take an exciting journey together as men. Amidst outdoor activities, great food, engaging worship, and messages of conviction, you’ll be challenged to live a life of integrity and strength. Bring a friend along. Everyone, bring one.
Come for Saturday, or come early on Friday! Early bird groups who register to come on Friday will be able to serve our many campers through projects around camp.
We encourage groups of men to see and use this retreat as part of their church’s ministry for men.
Come and be refreshed. Come and be renewed and have some fun!

SUMMIT Speaker: Kendall Root
By day, Kendall is a mild-mannered high school math teacher. But when the school day ends, he’s a seminary-trained layperson who is passionate about adult discipleship. Kendall has served his local church and local Christian ministries in a variety of capacities, but his focus continues to be helping people draw closer to Jesus Christ and to live out their faith in meaningful and practical ways. Currently, Kendall is also pursuing a calling to become a seminary professor.
Kendall and his wife, Jennifer, were married in 1997 and currently live in Midland, Michigan. They are the parents of two adult children and the grandparents of one beautiful baby girl.
