Diane Foster
Diane Foster graduated from Bryan College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and minors in Bible and Physical Education. She has led weekly Bible studies for women for over twenty-three years having a heart to teach women how to know and understand God’s Word for themselves. Diane is the worship leader at her home Church and in her spare time is the Superintendent at a school district in Michigan’s Thumb. She has been married to her husband Doug for forty-four years and together they have four married children and fourteen grandchildren, all of whom she considers to be her crowning jewels.
Teaching Series: Praise the LORD!
What comes to mind when we read the scripture’s oft written command to “Praise the LORD”? Does it elicit the idea of singing, of worship, of speaking a testimony? Why is “Praise” mentioned almost 250 times in the scriptures? With that kind of press, there must be something significant for us to learn, know, practice and stand firm in as part of the life of the believer in Jesus.
This 4-part study is poised to help us to understand the importance of “Praise” in our everyday lives and how it leads to power, victory and trust in the ONE who ALONE is worthy of all our “Praise”. “Great is the LORD and greatly to be praised; and HIS greatness is unsearchable.” Psalm 145:3

Jenny Turner is a native of the thumb, a wife of 26 years, a mother of 3, an artist and educator with experience teaching adults and children. More recently, Jenny is developing the idea of art as worship and using it to grow a deeper relationship with the Lord and sharing her experience with others.
Workshop Description
Embrace your God given creativity and learn how and why to use it to worship God, the ultimate creator. This workshop will focus on the process and not the product, with the main goal of creating with the purpose of personal worship.
Nicki Centala
Workshop Leader
Nicki comes from the Grand Rapids area where she grew up. With 18yrs of matrimonial magic with her best friend Jason, and 13yr old son Hezekiah, Nicki's life is a whirlwind of numbers, laughs and love. By day, she is an accountant for an athletic club, 'crunching' numbers and balancing pickleball budgets. But come evening, she transforms into mom and wife, working hard on homework battles and dinner delights with Jason. Nicki loves to laugh, be silly and look at the lighter side of life.
Workshop Description
Trust is such a hard word to think about, it needs great faith on one hand, but on the other it can come easily with the right foundation. We will be looking at the word trust and what the bible tells and shows us about it. Do you trust God to fulfill all the promises he has made? Do you trust your coffee maker will make the best cup of coffee for you in the morning? What stands in your way of trust? Trust takes time, effort and consistency.
Tammie Kosters

Tammie has been actively involved in Bay Shore Camp Ministries most of her life. She comes to the Women of Excellence Conference ready to share, learn, and grow.
Workshop Description
I have always been intrigued how Jesus taught in parables, stories in which those listening could relate. If Jesus gave witness to the kingdom by telling stories, could we also give witness to others by telling stories.... Our stories? In this breakout, we will examine some of Jesus’ parables, hear illustrations of scripture-based stories, and have the opportunity to create and share some of your own stories, which will hopefully and prayerfully leave us better equipped to share the Gospel/Love/Good News of Jesus in an effective way.

Jenny Opfermann has been involved in music and worship for many years. Music is both a profession and a passion! She has led worship for retreats and camps, and has directed several choirs and choir camps, including Bay Shore! A Caro native, she now teaches Y5-8th grade music, teaches piano, leads Bible studies, and serves as a Deacon and on the Worship team at Shores Community Church in Norton Shores. She resides there, with her husband, Mark, and two teen sons.
Kendra Brady
Worship Leader
Kendra Brady loves to worship! She serves on the Worship, and Prayer Teams, and as a Deacon of Worship at Shores Community Church in Norton Shores, where she also leads teens and women in Bible studies. Out of a passion for children, she runs her own day-care where she loves and cares for babies and toddlers. She lives in Norton Shores with her husband, Terry, and two teen children.
